Booking & Cancellation
How can I book a tour?
You can book all available Bavaroona experiences directly online. Simply choose your preferred tour, select a date and the number of participants, and complete your booking online.
Can I cancel my booking for free?
Yes. For direct bookings made through Bavaroona, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the tour. After that, the applicable booking conditions apply.
Can I change my booking?
Changes are generally possible if there is still availability for your preferred new date or time. Please contact us as early as possible so we can check the available options.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods are shown during the booking process. Payments are processed securely online.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. After your booking has been completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation with the most important information about your experience.
Our Tours
In which languages are your tours available?
Our Tours are currently available in English and German. The available language is shown during the booking process.
How large are the groups?
We intentionally keep our groups small. Most of our regular tours have a maximum of 10 guests.
Where do the tours start?
The exact meeting point is shown on the individual tour page and in your booking confirmation. Many of our Munich tours start at Max & Moritz Weinbar.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving around 10 minutes before the scheduled start of your tour.
What happens if I am late?
Our tours start at a fixed time, so we cannot guarantee that the group will be able to wait for late guests. Please allow enough time for your journey to the meeting point.
Do the tours take place in bad weather?
Yes, in most cases. Our tours generally take place even in rain or changeable weather. We recommend wearing suitable clothing and comfortable shoes.
Are your tours suitable for children?
This depends on the individual tour. Experiences involving alcohol have specific age requirements. You can find the relevant information on each tour page. We are always open to find a solution!
Beer Tour & Oktoberfest
How old do I have to be for the Munich Beer Tour?
The minimum age for our Munich Beer Tour is 16 years.
How old do I have to be for the Oktoberfest Tour?
The minimum age for our Oktoberfest Tour is also 16 years.
Is alcohol included in the price?
This depends on the experience. For example, our Oktoberfest Tour includes your first Maß of beer. You can always find the exact inclusions on the individual tour page.
Do I need to bring ID?
For experiences involving alcohol, we recommend bringing a valid government-issued photo ID. Venues and hospitality businesses may request proof of age.
Is a table reservation included in the Oktoberfest Tour?
The exact inclusions may vary depending on the tour format and date. Please refer to the description on the relevant booking page for the services included with your selected tour.
Do I need a ticket to enter Oktoberfest?
General admission to Oktoberfest is free. Individual tents, areas or special events may have their own admission or access rules.
Food & Dietary Requirements
Are tastings included in the tour price?
For tours that include food or drink tastings, the tastings listed in the individual tour description are included in the price.
Can you accommodate vegetarians?
Depending on the tour and the venues we visit, vegetarian alternatives may be available. If you have dietary requirements, please let us know when booking or contact us in advance.
What about allergies and intolerances?
Please inform us as early as possible about any allergies or intolerances. We will do our best to accommodate them, but especially when working with external restaurants and vendors, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free preparation.
Private Tours & Groups
Can I book a private tour?
Yes. Many of our experiences can also be arranged as private tours for families, friends or other groups.
Do you offer corporate events?
Yes. We organise customised corporate events in Munich, including private tours, team experiences and our Firmenwiesn Oktoberfest experiences.
Can you accommodate larger groups?
Yes. For larger groups, we can create individual solutions, for example by using multiple guides or adapting the itinerary.
Can you customise a tour for us?
For private and corporate bookings, we can adapt the content, duration and itinerary depending on availability and your group's requirements.

What is Crêpes unterm Heck?
Crêpes unterm Heck is our crêpe stand at Alte Utting in Munich, where we serve freshly made crêpes.
Can I book a crêpe class with Bavaroona?
Yes. Crêpe classes are part of our Bavaroona experiences and can be booked online whenever dates are available.
Do you offer crêpe catering?
Yes. We offer crêpe catering for private events, corporate celebrations and other occasions. Send us the date, location and approximate number of guests, and we will be happy to prepare an individual offer.
